No gym! No Problem!

There are plenty of options for home workouts, ranging from bodyweight exercises to workouts that incorporate minimal equipment. And there are several platforms and apps that offer a variety of these workouts both free and paid.
We evaluated plenty of options to find the ones that are worth your time (and maybe money if you you'd like to pay).

Schedule and a Solid Plan matters

Establishing and adhering to a schedule in home workouts is vital for maintaining consistency and achieving fitness goals. The OG of home fitness workouts

Tony Horton's P90X series

In our opinion no list is complete without mentioning the legendary Tony Horton. The man who revolutionized at home workouts long before social media platforms were a thing.
Horton has been a prominent figure in the fitness industry for years, having worked with numerous celebrities and athletes. He's recognized for his comprehensive approach to fitness, blending various exercise disciplines such as strength training, cardio, yoga, and plyometrics into his workout programs.
As someone who started his fitness journey with P90X program we love Tony's approach to training.
We highly recommend the third series of P90X programs, P90X-3. It is only 30 minutes per workout and it is extremely effective.
Beachbody; creator of P90X; has switched to a subscription model recently but you might still be able to find the CDs! on ebay if you don't like to pay a monthly subscription.
