We don’t support Keto diet due to highly restrictive nature, potential nutrient deficiencies, initial side effects, social and lifestyle implications, and their potential impact on heart health. While there are some supporting evidence for keto diets, we prefer a more individualized and balanced approach to nutrition.
Although we have some limited vegetarian options for our recipes but currently we don’t have an all vegan/vegetarian recipe book. Having said that, it is in our long term plan to release a vegan version of our book.
